  • Are you like a photo booth?

    While we share some similarities to a typical photo booth that you may have experienced before, we’d like to think of ourselves as creating a full on studio portrait shoot for your guests. There may be other black and white photo options here but many of them rely on your guests to take the photo themselves. Our photographer is experienced in interacting & posing your guests to help them shine for the camera, bringing out the personalities you know & love. Our professional studio lighting setup, clean backdrop, & top of the line camera equipment help us create stunning, timeless portraits, & a truly unique experience for your guests. The images we make are intended to be printed & shown off, not just posted on social media for a day & forgotten.

  • How many prints do you make? And what about the digital gallery?

    For both 4x6 & 5x7 sizes, we make one print per individual or couple at your event. For groups, we print one copy per person or couple. The more hours we are open, the more photos & prints we make at the end of the day.

    Your digital gallery, which will be emailed out post-event, will contain all of the full-resolution portrait files available for download & print orders.

  • When is the best time for the studio to be set up? And for how long?

    We find that the best time to be set up during weddings is when the post-dinner dance party is about to begin. If you would like to split the time that our studio is open at your event, you can add idle time in between the cocktail hour & dance party for example, to maximize the opportunities for your guests to have portraits made.

    Our team can photograph approximately 75 guests per hour in solos, couples, or groups. Of course, the more hours you have our studio open, the more prints & portraits we will make! Contact us for a consultation & custom scheduling.

  • Do you offer portraits in colour?

    Although we specialize in our timeless black & white style, we understand certain events & outfits call for colour. We have an add-on where you can receive both the black & white + colourized portraits in your online gallery for guests to enjoy both options. Contact us to receive our portrait packages!

  • What is your set up & tear down process?

    Our team requires 1.5 hours to set up & be ready to go. We require a 12’x12’ area with a minimum 8.5’ tall ceiling clearance. We also require two venue tables & a standard power outlet near our area. All of our packages include velvet black rope stanchions for line control. Our equipment is sensitive to the elements, so any outdoor setups will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We can pack up in half an hour at the end of the portrait & printing session.

  • How do we book you?

    We require signing a booking contract & paying a 30% retainer to secure your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event. Contact us, provide your event’s details, & we’ll take it from there!
